Mark T. Rafter is a wealth coach, speaker, trainer, highly successful entrepreneur and author of The Wealth Manifesto: Transforming Your Life from Survive to Thrive. He teaches a wide variety of people how to identify their Inner Expert, the potential each of us uniquely possess to grow personally, prosper financially and create meaning in our lives.

Mark started his career as a technologist and then shifted his focus from building communications systems to teaching others his approach to building wealth.  He has a background in both psychology and engineering and has worked for companies of all sizes from Fortune 100s to start-ups to multiple companies of his own.  In his first two years in business for himself (2001-02), Mark grossed over $2M in salary and contributions to his company’s savings plan.This achievement, along with extensive investing experience and other entrepreneurial endeavors, form the basis of the system he explains in his speaking and training programs, focusing on the foundation of all wealth building success: creating value.

Mark is the owner and founder of Integrated Wealth Resources, a professional services and online resources company created in 2007.  A Southern California native, he now lives on a lake in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with his wife, two teenage sons and a lot of guitars.
